Criteria to Host a WAO Invited Lectureship: WAO Member Society in good standing at the time of application. Member societies in good standing will have submitted their yearly Annual Activity Report and paid their dues (if applicable). Offer a Plenary Session placement on the first or second day of the annual meeting WAO must be acknowledged on the front cover of the printed program and on the program pages relating to presentations by the WAO Invited Lecturer(s) The Society must provide free registration, accommodation(s), meals and local transfers to the WAO Invited Lecturer(s)
